Just how large are our suites?

Our suites are larger than an 18-wheeler. Two standard size hotel rooms can fit inside one of our junior suites.

Facilities to help you stay in shape, relax and have fun

Our fitness center is equipped with commercial quality cardiovascular and weight equipment. And after a good workout, you can relax in our large outdoor spa. Our spa is surrounded by a sunning patio with lounges, tables and chairs and is a perfect place to relax day or night. And, just for fun, in the gym we also have a slate pool table. Come, see for yourself!

Eclectic & Quirky

We’ve been called eclectic and quirky. Our desert park, playground and picnic area are certainly one of the reasons for that description. All of our suites are oriented to take advantage of the garden and offer individual entrances and private patios. The gardens are a great background for your photos, or some people enjoy water colors or oils and an artist’s brush. Our wild west theme is remembered throughout, but you won’t need your “six shooter”; the quail and dove and other birds are our friends! After spending your day in the National Park, relax in our garden and enjoy fresh air, a glass of wine, and the hi-desert starry nights. We hope you enjoyed your stroll through our garden, and we hope that we will see you here soon.

STUNNING DESERT VIEWS - Sunnyvale Suites in 29 Palms California
“Refreshingly different and “homey, We were on a planned-from-home road trip and were attracted to the ‘Wild West’ appearance of this little gem. We found very friendly and helpful hosting there and a suite which was really a complete apartment with a full kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 2 toilets – really a great place to stay on the edge of the desert and a trip to Joshua Tree National Park. Our host suggested going for a night of stargazing with amateur astronomers at the Sky’s The Limit Observatory near the entry to the park – we did and it was a great experience!”
